This allows you to manage rental properties i.e create and send out invoices via SMS and email, collect rent via MPESA, bank and cash as well as generate payment reports.

Property Selling

This allows you to sell plots and houses. You can create and send out invoices via SMS and email so that buyers can pay their installments. You collect payments via MPESA, bank and cash. Generate payment reports for your projects to see a summary of how much you have collected.

Allows you to collect recurring bills from your customers for any type of business eg garbage companies, water companies etc

Process

Open an MPESA portal admin account by filling this and sending it to lipanampesa@safaricom.co.ke. Attach your ID when sending.
once this is done, we can proceed with the integration.

Equity Bank

Process

The steps to integrate are given in this document for the V2 API and here for the latest V3 API.
Sign this agreement
You will also need a special paybill account number account from the bank. Talk to your Equity relationship manager to help you get this.
Once this is done, we can automatically mark invoices as paid for payments paid to your account via the Equity Paybill 247247 using the special account number eg 123456#12.

Co-operative Bank

Process

Fill the customer onboarding form as well as the API terms of service.
once this is done, share the documents with us and we shall liaise with co-op to set up your account
You will need a special paybill account number account from the bank. Talk to your relationship manager to get this.
Once intergration is done, we can automatically mark invoices as paid for payments paid to your account via the Co-op Paybill 400200 using the special account number eg 123456#12.

Bulk SMS

Free for the monthly and yearly subscription packages. The senderID used is RENTRAHISI. You get 20 free smses a month but you can buy more at shs.0.8 per sms.

We shall set up your senderID.

We will automatically send you an invoice on the 5th of the second month after the free trial has expired. You pay via MPESA. For the yearly subscription package, pay to one of our accounts and send proof of payment to info@rentrahisi.co.ke.

The invoice for the monthly subscription is to be paid by the 10th. If the invoice has not been paid by 11th, admins will be unable to log in to the system until the invoice is paid. Your customers are not prevented from logging in or making payments even if the subscription fees has not been paid.

Yes, we update the system when we get feature requests from our users. We are also constantly adding new features to make the system offer even more value for our users. When you buy the system, you don't automatically get updates but we can update your system at a fee based on the amount of changes you need.

First you need to give us logins to your hosting account. If you don't have one, we can purchase one for you at a cost of shs.5,000. You will be responsible for paying yearly renewal fees. We then install the system in your hosting account and you can access it using your domain name. If you require support, we can offer it at a yearly cost of shs.10,000.

Refer us and Earn !

Earn monthly commisions when an agency that your refer pays their monthly subscription. You get 40% of what they pay. If the agency pays shs. 3,000, you earn shs. 1,200 every month they pay. If the agency goes for the one off package and pays shs. X, you earn shs. 0.4X.

Money earned goes to your RentRahisi Wallet. You can withdraw to your MPESA number at any time. The more agencies you refer, the more you earn.
